Returns policy
Clothing returns:
I use an external supplier for my leggings that have set sizes. The size chart is available in each listing. Please take note of your measurements before ordering. I offer an exchange or store credit only for change of mind or incorrect fitting items, as these pieces are made to order. For faulty goods I offer exchange, refund or store credit upon receipt of returned goods to me in saleable condition (not worn, other than to try on).
Please note if you need to exchange for size or faulty items, the turn around time is still 14-28 days after I receive your return, to send them to you as I print to order by an external supplier.
Jewellery returns:
Please note I do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. For change of mind purchase I offer an exchange or store credit for equal value of the item less postage costs paid. Return postage is at the customer's cost.
For faulty items the following return policy applies, and items may be returned for refund, store credit or exchange if:
- Deemed to be faulty (ie- have a manufacturing fault or defect).
- Are not ‘fit for the purpose’ that was made known to staff at the point of sale
- Different to the sample provided, except where natural differences occur within the specific quality bracket.
- Have obvious defects that were not apparent or brought to the consumer’s attention at the point of sale.
- In conflict with any other rights provided for by the Australian Competition and Consumer Act and the Australian Consumer Law.
- Product must be returned unworn and in a new and resalable condition
- Proof of purchase to be provided & returned in its original packaging (where possible).

Processing time for returns is 7-10 days from when I receive the goods back.
