I send all packages by trackable post via Australia Post for a $8 flat rate in Australia or FREE for orders over $75. Once I've posted your order I will send you a tracking number. Please allow up to 7 days for your parcel to arrive. Please note if your package goes missing or is delayed you can use the tracking number supplied to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. If your package is deemed lost, please contact me and we will work on a solution.

All print orders are printed locally in Melbourne, then posted via Australia post in cardboard envelopes. Please allow up to 7-10 days for your parcel to arrive. Please note if your package goes missing or is delayed you can use the tracking number supplied to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. If you are having problems getting resolution or answers from Aust Post, please contact me and I will find a solution.

 

POSTAGE within Australia - Clothing:

Leggings and original paintings ship for free in Australia and are shipped by my tracked postage via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number when they ship. Please note these are not stocked items and are only on preorder.

 

POSTAGE within Australia - Original art:

Original paintings ship for free in Australia and are shipped by Australia Post. You will still receive a tracking number when they ship.

 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:

I send all packages by trackable post via Australia Post for a flat fee of $20 to everywhere except New Zealand, which ship for $15. Once I've posted your order I will send you a tracking number. Please note I am not responsible for lost packages via Australia Post. I will not be held responsible for extra government taxes & charges that may be issued upon arrival into your country. These charges will be additional charges, responsible by the package receiver. Please note due to new Brexit laws, unfortunately I cannot post to the United Kingdom.

PROCESSING/HANDLING TIMES:

Please allow 3-4 days after placing order for me to make, package and post your order. This does not include preorder items, which turnaround times are stated on the product listing.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS:

I offer refunds or replacements only on the occasion that the product arrives damaged or on the rare occasion that your piece is faulty. Please contact me and I will be happy to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds offered do not include original postage costs.
